Arrived at SCHÖLLY – Training Start 2024
On September 2nd, 2024, 5 young people started their training with us.
At the end of July everyone had the opportunity to get to know their new trainers together with their parents. This meant that the new surroundings didn't feel quite so strange on the first day. After the usual entry-level formalities, there was a tour of the company, during which the new trainees were able to get to know their colleagues better. They were then introduced to the respective department by their personal sponsors. The first week of training, characterized by numerous training courses and introductions, concluded with a half-day workshop in collaboration with the Barmer health insurance company on the topic of “Fit for training”.
The second week of training began with the trainees' traditional team outing, which this time took us to the SC Freiburg football school. There we were impressively introduced to the school's philosophy, which is not just aimed at training good football players: SCF stands for School | Character | Football. The trainees and trainers then ended the day comfortably with a barbecue together at the Opfinger Hütte.
