Satisfied faces after intensive weeks: In-house agreement reached

After intensive negotiations between the executive management board, HR department, works council, and IG Metall union, we have reached an agreement on a new in-house collective agreement.

Although there were moments when the positions were far apart, we managed to find a good solution. The fact that an agreement has now been reached is a sign of willingness to compromise and responsibility on all sides.

Salaries are increasing, there is a significant raise for everyone, and the path for ERA classification has been cleared. The in-house agreement is fixed for two years, providing good planning and security for everyone. The works council is pleased to have achieved a significant collective agreement. This marks an important step towards fair and just working conditions.

Gratitude for finding a joint conclusion that makes the Denzlingen location possible without layoffs and great appreciation for the work and the result was expressed by the HR department.

"We must move forward together and ensure a good outcome. We all have it in our hands to earn a good bonus at the end of the year," said Stefan Schnekenburger, Chairman of the Executive Management Board, at the announcement of the successful conclusion.

The picture shows the main actors of the negotiations, consisting of works council members, the first authorized representative of IG Metall, management, and members of the HR department from SCHÖLLY and AESCULAP.
