Warning about scam e-mails
We would like to inform you that fraudulent e-mails are currently being sent in our name informing you of a false change to our bank details.
Our bank details have not changed. Please do not make any payments to the allegedly changed bank details.
These e-mails are intended to cause financial damage. Please be particularly careful and do not click on links or attachments in e-mails that appear suspicious.
You can use the following attributes to recognize the fake e-mails currently in circulation. (see marking in the screenshot of the e-mail)
- The sender (From:) does not have an address that corresponds to the SCHÖLLY characteristics xyz@schoelly.de
- The same applies to the point under Reply-To:
- Thomas Nix is not a SCHÖLLY employee
- Our bank details have not changed.
We take the security of your data very seriously and work continuously to prevent fraudulent activity. If you receive an e-mail that you think is suspicious, please forward it to our Customer Service department at syd.customerservice@schoelly.de.
