Eight young people start their training at Schölly - The first day was mastered by all of them bearishly well
On 1 September, eight new apprentices started their careers at Schölly. Together with the cohorts above them, they spent their first working hours in the alternative wolf and bear park in Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach. On this first team-building day, everyone was able to get to know each other and exchange ideas.
How does it feel to go to work every day, what is particularly cool in the company, how does it go at vocational school and who can you turn to with all your questions? As they walked together through the outdoor area and discovered the bear, wolf and lynx, they listened attentively and laughed a lot.
Schölly has been a training company since 1984 and involves young people in responsible tasks from the very beginning. This year, three industrial clerks, two industrial mechanics, one warehouse specialist, one technical product designer and one IT specialist started their training. Already in July, they had the opportunity to spend an afternoon with their parents and siblings to see the company and the premises and to get to know the trainers.
The start and the first steps into professional life have been successful. Now it's time to make good use of the next three years, to expand knowledge and put it into practice. In twelve months' time, they will already be accompanying the new apprentices on their first day at work, because apprenticeships will again be offered at Schölly in 2024.
