Prof. Dr. Holger Reinecke (CEO of Schölly Denzlingen) is additionally appointed to the Management Board of Aesculap AG.

Reinecke was appointed to the Management Board of Aesculap AG by the Supervisory Board of Aesculap AG with effect from July 01, 2022.

In the future, he will be responsible for the Research and Development and Regulatory Affairs divisions and will remain in charge as CEO of the Schölly Group, which he has successfully led since November 2014.
