Non-personal data collected automatically

When you use our web pages, the following data are saved for organizational and technical purposes: the names of the pages accessed, the name of the browser and operating system used, date and time of access, search engines used, names of downloaded files and the IP address. We analyze these technical data anonymously and for statistical purposes only, so that we can continually optimize our website and make our online offering more attractive. Children

Use of special services of our website

For certain services, such as the newsletter, it is necessary for personal data to be collected. In such cases, only the data required for the respective purpose will be collected and the statutory retention periods observed.

Newsletter subscriptions

We offer a free newsletter. The purpose of this newsletter is to inform you about current offers, products, events, and relevant information about visualization or other news from our company. For this, we need your e-mail address. In addition, necessary information for sending the newsletter is provided with the registration/confirmation form. You will only receive the newsletter if you register for it on our website. After registering, we will send you an e-mail asking you to confirm the registration (double opt-in). You will only receive the newsletter after confirming the registration. If you have only registered for the newsletter, we will only use your e-mail address for sending you the newsletter. Online application portal

To organize applications to our company, we provide an online application portal. When you use this online portal, we process the following personal data: title, first name, surname, date of birth, street and house number, postcode and town/city, e-mail address, telephone/mobile number, free field for application letter, attachment upload for application letter and documents. The information is transferred in encrypted form. This information is only used for the application process. This information is also passed on internally to the responsible department manager. The data will generally be deleted 3 months after conclusion of the application process, unless agreed otherwise with the applicant. If a contract is concluded following your application, the information will be included in your personal file.

Contact form

On our website we offer you the opportunity to contact us, either by email and/or by using a contact form. In such event, information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of facilitating communications with the user. No data is transferred to third parties.

Facebook
